Simplestore has been thoroughly tested to make sure it performs and works in all possible Magento setups. If you need assistance or run into any issues, please email your question to the email address below. Most of the questions are answered within an hour during office hours (Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM GMT+1).

• Include your domain name.
• The email is send from the registered email account we have on file for your account.
• Detail the problem exactly and include as much information as possible
• Let us know when the problem began
• Provide Screenshots describing the issue if relevant
• Provide FTP/SSH login as well as Magento admin access if relevant
